Top 10 reasons to do a reverse order Triathlon

1-You know where you stand with everyone else. When you do a stagger start in the pool you have no idea if your in the lead, behind, getting passed or really passing.

2-The run is first. The most likely sport to get an injury is the run and by having it first, you are less likely to be injuried.

3-The start is much more exciting. A staggered start in the pool is tedious.

4-People tend to self stagger by the time they get into the pool. Sometimes starting in the pool you get really slow swimmers in front of you. Often the fast runners and bikers are also fast swimmers. This isnt always true.

5- The race goes faster. 400 people starting 5-10 secs apart...you do the math. Its about an extra hour.

6-You get your finish time results faster. There is no trying to calculate when you started, subtracting out the late start etc.

7-You get to cool off at the end. No overheating at the end of your run/bike.

8- You dont have to put dry clothes/shoes on a wet body/feet.

9- Its different.

10-You look better in your swimsuit having already worked out.
